TAP-Trading Oy is a Finnish wellness goods retailer and wholesaler. The business relies on simple and reliable everyday operations so that most of the time can be spent on customers and sales rather than admin.

We started working together in early 2025. The goal was to bring AI into the business in a way that actually reduces workload, fits the current tools and supports the owner’s day-to-day reality. Our work has focused on two areas

• practical AI tools that support the existing workflow

• a tailored purchase order management automation built around how the owner already works
  

AI has made the daily work easier

Before we began, a lot of tasks were handled manually. Product information, communication, documentation, tracking and small admin tasks all took time away from actual selling. We introduced AI tools that work with the systems TAP-Trading already uses, so nothing became heavier or more complicated.

This has helped clear up the workload so more time goes into sales and customer work rather than repetitive tasks.

The purchase order automation has created the biggest shift

One of the most time-consuming tasks was dealing with purchase orders. They arrived throughout the day and always required checking, copying, formatting and sending onwards. None of it was difficult, but it interrupted the work constantly.

We built an automation that now reads incoming orders, pulls out the right details, structures the information and sends it where it needs to go. Everything stays consistent and far less time is spent on manual admin.

The result is a calmer workflow and more headspace for the parts of the business that actually drive growth.
